eWelink App won't connect to a network

The App says there is no network available and yet there is. I can’t seem to get around this.

What is your Android version?
What version of eWeLink app?
Does the application have full access to the Internet and is it not blocked by anything (firewall)?
Does the application have permissions to access the network?

That is why I am so confused. I think I will delete and reinstall.

try to go flight mode , force close the app , turn off flight mode and open the app

Will cellular data work?
