Ejecutar acciones en función del clima

Hola,
Seria posible esta opción? ejecutar acciones que dependan del clima? como por ejemplo si llueve se pueda encender un dispositivo?

This functionality is already present in Tuya and based in weather forecast. It coul be useful to have an SCENE water or not the park, or protect things from wind risks and other climate driven needs.
