CAST dashboard issue

Hello all!
I am facing a trouble with CAST dashboard. If I change something on CAST, the changes are not saved in the control panel, but after some time they become visible on the dashboard itself. As a result, it is completely unmanageable.
That’s how it looks on the control panel, there are 4 groups only:

That is on the CAST and there are 7 groups:

If I use another browser to see CAST control panel it looks like new:

The panels are empty in the control panel…

But sometimes I see the internal content, but if I change it doesn’t save.

We couldn’t replicate the issue you’re experiencing because the description wasn’t very specific. To help us figure this out, could you provide some more details?

1. Which specific configurations did you change? Did the problem start after adding any particular devices?

2. Does this happen every time you make changes, or only occasionally?

3. Could you share a video demonstration if possible? Maybe start by creating a new panel from scratch, then make your modifications so we can see if the issue pops up.

When I open it again the changes are not saved

But on the dashboard it is!

No changes I have made… update to 2.4.0… I am not sure when it started to operate in this way…

Please try open the Cast and web in a icognito window.
And see if the problem persist?

In incognito it goes as in another browser and looks like it is opened for a first time:

What about the Cast page?

And how do you access your iHost?
With domain or ip?

With IP, but when I am not at home I use Tailscale and ip provided by it

The cast page looks the same.

So in an incognito window.
The cast page of web shows not panel.
But the actual Cast shows everything?

And all the operation are base on ip access?

I just found out. When I press “SAVE” the window doesn’t get closed almost all the time. When it gets closed the picture gets changed in the editor as well. I mean if it gets closed after I press “save”, next time I open it in editor it is ok, but ususaly the “save” button just change its color and and gets back. I have to close the window by pressin x in the corner.

And yes, all the operation are base on ip access. At this moment over Tailscale

We’re suspecting some dirty data cause the problem.
Please try the following step to get the panel data, then send it to us in here or by message:

1. Right click inspect on the Cast page of web and open the browser console.
2. Choose Network section of the console, then click on Fetch/XHR.
3. Refresh the page.
4. Find the line named cast, click on it and choose Response, that’s the cast panel data.

Yes, here I can see that the page exists…

It is strange that the Lights menu is empy…

If I look on the web cast it is not empty

but in the editor it is…

Thank you very much for you kindly support! It would be very intresting to find the reason, but I gave up and deleted all the pages. Since I deleted the “Lights”, I was able to see the pages in editor which were hidden before. After I recreated all, it looks good now.

So it’s the LIGHTS panel had dirty data cause the problem…
