For Zigbee versions after 7.4.4, automatic configuration is currently not supported. You may need to manually select the Ember driver for configuration(no need to fill in baud rate and select follo control). If you accidentally selected automatic configuration during the setup, you’ll need to unplug the dongle and wait for 1 or 2 minutes (to allow the serial port to release and avoid any serial port occupation issues), then plug it back in.
We will support automatic firmware updates and automatic compatibility for the dongle in the next version; currently, version 2.9.0 does not support this feature.
