AIR GUARD SAWF-07P & SAWF-08P: Displaying info and graphics

I suggest that the order in which these two devices present their information should be more homogeneous between both and different from the current version (1.1.1).

For the 07P (PM 2.5 & PM10) the current order is good:
1.- PM 2.5 (Ok)
2.- PM 10 (Ok)
3.- Temp. (Ok)
4.- Hum. (Ok)
5.- History (Ok)

and in the historical graphs, more suitable in this order:
1.- PM 2.5
2.- PM 10
3.- Temp.
4.- Hum.

This order more suitable for 08P (CO2)
1.- CO2
2.- Temp.
3.- Hum.
4.- History

and in the historical graphs more suitable in this order:
1.- CO2
2.- Temp.
3.- Hum.

Greetings

Thank you very much for your valuable feedback. We will evaluate it internally.

Excellent idea. I honestly think you guys should be doing this kind of consultation during the design phase, before launching new products. Because right now, the fixes for this - and for the SNZB‑02D R2, for example - don’t exactly make for great marketing material.

Go grab a beer with the eWeLink team; they can explain how to do it better. Simply ask @MichaelLearnsToCode

Warmest regards.

Oh, and one last point about the Threshold settings: In the SAWF-07P, the PM 10 setting thresholds is simply missing, while the PM 2.5 setting is correct.

SONOFF AirGuard CO2 Matter Over Wi-Fi Air Quality Monitor | SAWF-08P

Good afternoon, I would like to be able to customize the sound and color indicators for this product using the Matter. I hope this will be possible via a firmware update. Thank you in advance.

How’s it going?
Another thing that could be super useful is having the option to have history by the minute, 10 minutes, or at least half an hour. A lot of information is lost in hourly entries because it only records the value at that specific point in time.

@Nancy-Gerente de Producto

Thanks for reaching out. We understand your request to customize the sound and color indicators . We’ll review this with our R&D team and evaluate feasibility for a future firmware update. If we have any progress, we’ll share an update.
Thank you for the suggestion!

Thanks for the suggestion. We agree that hourly records can miss important changes. We’ll evaluate adding more granular history intervals and review the impact on storage and performance for a future firmware update. We’ll keep you posted if this is added to our roadmap.

Thanks, Nancy.

Another thing that came to mind is offering a paid option or having that option only in iHost.
