I have installed Zigbee bridge and added some devices (plugs); with Wifi plugs is posible to mange in Apple Watch but I don’t find in the watch the device managed by Zigbee bridge; any way to solve it?

At present, only single-channel devices and groups, manual scenes can be synchronized to iWatch.
