Windows shutter/curtain switch closes without demand

Hello,

Having problems with several window shutter/curtain Smart switches, model kingart (as in picture).
After working perfectlly for a while, they start closing the shutters automatically without any demand.
It is not a overall power failure as not all switches will close, only the ones malfunctioning.
After starting with problems the malfunction persists and shutters keep closing without order frequentlly.
Checked also the switch connector weldings as in some case they do break when too much force is applied on screws.

Anyone with the same issue?
Any solution?
Is there any way to eliminate the function to close whenever there is a power failure?

Hello, I don’t know this kind of key, but isn’t it in settings - Initial state? You should set it to - Restore Last!

Not all devices have a default state unfortunately.

Do you have a device with Node Red? If so you can quite easily recreate a “keep” option if the device appears.

I have the same problem. I used these switches on 5 shutters on my house. All have worked for around 2 years, no problem. Now, for unknown reason, one closes without command. Is there a way to use just the touch switch and turn off the remote command?
