Triggering ewelink switch with data from wunderground PWS

Hi all,

Im looking to trigger ewelink switch based on the data from my PWS on wunderground.

I have a Personal Weather Station which is uploading data to wunderground PWS.

I have a ewelink switch that is connected to a motorised ball valve for irrigation purpose.

I want to achieve this

  1. when its raining on my PWS, i want to turn off the switch which will turn off the water for my plant during the day
  2. when temperature rise above 30 degree celcius, i want to turn on the switch

I have tried searching for IFTTT which i cannot find any solution

Any help or idea would be greatly appreciated.
