Hi, it seems that the thermostat stopped working on 22.3., the actuator is not switched on and off according to the set schedules. Is there anybody else experiencing this issue? Support ticket created, no response so far.

I don’t know if anyone will answer, they have a lot of robots with unstable network connections. Problems with the thermostat are a long-term issue for Sonoff that they are solving.

I can also confirm that the thermostats are no longer working properly… they don’t always turn on at the programmed times…

Well, the point is that this Thermostat plugin is a feature available only in the paid plan and as such I would at least expect some general answer like: “Working on it, ETA end of March.” In my case, thermostats have been working since the beginning of this year. Moreover, this thermostat plugin feature is the reason why I was willing to pay the Advanced plan. Otherwise, I wouldn’t go for it.
