I have just installed sonoff S55R1 and its current firmware version is 3.5.1.
It says that there a new firmware version 3.7.6 and while upgrading it fails at 90%.
Please let me know how to upgrade firmware

Hello can someone help. I’m also having this issue with multiple sonoff basic R3 that I purchased some time ago. Now I need to use them and currently on 3.5.1 they often become offline until I power cycle them. So I’m hoping a update will resolve this.
Tasks performed:
I have power cycled them.
Reset them & put them in DIY mode
Turned off my 5gHz network. “These are the only devices that I’m having trouble with, so I doubt it’s the network causing my problem.” You can also see in the last photo my phone being connected to the 2.4G network.
It seems to crash out after updating to 29%. I must add that they are placed very close to each other, can this be a problem???
