I’ve just updated the firmware and most of the devices are back! Yuppie! Now just the sensors seem to be offline. They are back online once triggered (still having them online for the whole time would be even better). Adding a device seems to be working as well. Scanning for ZigBee channels, however, is still not working. And scenes seem to take longer to execute (especially if one switch activates another one). Anyway, update seems to be mostly working. Many thanks. I’ve uploaded the logs for scanning the channels and scenes.

Edit: After few hours of testing I’ve found that automatic scenes in most cases seems to stop working after some time (not sure about the time for all scenes, but two switches stopped interacting after ±30 minutes, while button and switch after ±15). Disabling and enabling the scene fixes the issue for that time. Devices itself seem to work fine. Adding devices as well. Scanning does not work and still fails after 5 second.

Edit 2: I’ve noticed that NSPPro finally displays thermostats statuses properly :slight_smile:

  1. It is normal for sensor devices to require a trigger or re-addition to come back online after being offline for an extended period.

  2. The Zigbee channel scanning feature is currently under optimization. We recommend using the web interface for this function in the meantime, and we will release a new version to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

  3. However, regarding the scene automation issues you mentioned, I apologize but I cannot see any logs uploaded from your end in our backend system. Could you please try submitting them again? You can choose either of the following two methods:

    • Via the App: Select the ZBBridge-U device, check the box to agree to log submission, and (if convenient) provide screenshots of your scene settings. Finally, click Submit.

    • Via the Web Interface: Download the gateway logs from the local web page and send them to me via private message, along with screenshots of your scene settings.

Thanks. I’ve sent the logs again. I continued the previous ticket (I thought the new logs were sent as well), and today I reported a new one regarding the scenes - hope the logs are properly attached.

Problems persist after the 1.19.0 update. I just restarted my Zigbee ultra bridge, and most devices appear to be offline. Despite trying several times, they still haven’t come online.

I’ve installed 1.19.2. ZigBee channels scanning works fine. Scenes not improved, hoverer. I’ve deleted faulty ones and recreated them - will see how it works and report here.

is it possible for Most ultra to work as a matter hub . similar to panel or ihost? I would like it to be able to be used to connect metter devices and be able to use them in the Ewelink app

The ZBBridge-U functions as both a Matter Bridge and a Matter Hub, allowing it to connect Matter devices and control them via the eWeLink App.

it doesnt work as matter hub , tested with matter plug ( non power meter ) and never appear as hub

  1. Please provide the brand, model, and device ID of the devices involved in your automatic scene.

  2. What are the trigger conditions and actions of your automatic scene? Also, is the scene a local scene or a cloud scene?

Please provide a test scenario to check how Matter Hub works through the ZBBridge-U, considering that the NSPanel Pro and ZBBridge-U are on the same network.
