mostly will be network issue , try to reserve hub ip at your router , also try with both wired and wifi
I have no problems with my other wifi devices connected to Ewelinke. Since ZBRIDGE-U received the 1.17.1 update, I've been experiencing problems with many devices, especially TRVZB valves. I don't understand the reason.
totally agreed . changing wifi or zigbee channel was plenty help to me , acutally im using deco router by tp link and it got option for this to prevent interference with other wifi and zigbee channels
