NSPanel Pro Support for Aqara Zigbee Switch Decoupled Mode

Hi, does NSPanel Pro (120) currently support decoupled mode (detached relay mode) for Aqara Zigbee wall switches?

For example, on supported Aqara switches, I would like to keep the relay permanently on while using the physical button press only as a Zigbee event/trigger for automations.

If this is not currently supported, is support for Aqara’s decoupled mode planned?

The device is the Aqara Smart Wall Switch (US), model WS-USC01, Smart Wall Switch With Neutral - Aqara

What I’m specifically looking for is whether NSPanel Pro can access and change its decoupled/detached relay mode, so that the relay stays permanently on while physical button presses are exposed as Zigbee events for automations.

Hi, I’ve checked this device, and currently the relay decoupling feature is not supported when it is added to NSPanel Pro.

However, you can still configure automations for each individual channel.

Do you currently have a switch like this and are considering buying an NSPanel Pro, or do you already have both devices and noticed that this feature is missing during use?

I can pass your feedback to the team and also check the expected timeline for supporting this feature.

I already have both the Aqara WS-USC01 and the NSPanel Pro, and I noticed that the decoupled mode option is missing when using the switch through NSPanel Pro.

For my setup, this feature is quite important because the WS-USC01 is controlling smart bulbs. I need the relay to remain permanently on, while using the physical buttons only as Zigbee triggers for automations.

If you could pass this feedback to the team and check whether support for Aqara’s decoupled/detached mode is planned, as well as any expected timeline, that would be very helpful.

We’ll do our best to support this feature in an upcoming version. At the moment, we expect it to be available in a release after October. Once we have a more specific release date, I’ll keep you updated.
