NS panels issue again (thermostat control)

I’ve come down this morning and one of my NS panels has called for heating before my first schedule is supposed to start,

So opened the eWeLink app and my schedules have all disappeared but certain schedules are working even though they are not shown

It was working fine last night as I adjusted the times on my schedules slightly

It won’t let me switch to manual mode in the app either, assuming network issues again, why aren’t the schedules stored locally,

Can’t even check the logs as to see when they have gone on or odd
