New token from Ihost for ewelink

Hi,
EWeLink says in log that token is invalid, how can I get a new token from Ihost for eWeLink app?
Bye,
Koen

Are you using add-on or just using open-api?

Both docker app en the standard in ihost.
In ihost all lamp’s and switches but non in eWeLink.

And the token, if I take a look in the log says that it’s not oké login and so is oke

If you’re using add-on that developed by iHost, you should find a button to obtain token from iHost.
What add-on are you using, care to provide some screenshot or log?

Can’t see the images from here…

Maybe a screenshot from add-on’s homepage?

This is a screenshot from eWeLink with the token invalid.
Or which screenshot ?
So the docker eWeLink smart app and then the log and this is a screenshot from this part of the log.
In my forum I see the screenshot but do you also se that screenshot?

And in ihost and app I can’t find a button get token for eWeLink smart home

I need the screenshot of webUI.

If everything works, you can login, etc.
Then follow the listed instruction:

  1. After login, you’ll see an “sync” button for every device under your account.
  2. Hit the button and a request modal for token will pop up.
  3. Choose “Allow” and the add-on will successfully get the token.

In ihost there are 8 devices en eWeLink app says in log invalid token so if there is an invalid token there is no connection between ihost and eWeLink app
After 10 minutes he still scanning so I do not get devices in eWeLink pages and also no possibility to ask for new token

Sorry

Please send us the add-on log via feedback.
It looks like your device is not in the same LAN as your iHost.

It’s a old log, but log from this morning is 24 mb so to big
Sorry I closed I think but problem is still there why can I change the solution in NOY solution

Not the system log.
I need the smart-home add-on’s log.

Hi, kbijl030.

From the logs, there’s only one device under your account.

The device id is ac48001f50, which is not supported by smart-home add-on and also not support LAN.
So it won’t appear on your homepage of smart-home add-on.

If no device appear, then you have no entry to obtain token.
So the add-on can’t communicate with iHost, therefore the error message you see.
