For the Voltage, Power, and Current to update, I need to have the same switch open in the ewelink phone app.
CAST doesn’t show these values as well, at least to my knowledge.
This is crazy. Please bring back v2.0 until v3.0 has been properly ironed out. I’d be ashamed to call Web 3.0 as “Beta”… it’s more like an Alpha in its current state. Jeez!
Also, why can’t I be logged in on two or more different computers at the same time?
Many devices which are online and shown as online in the app are appearing as offline on the V 3.0 pqge.
You could not have messed things more even if you tried.

Please bring back decimal point to scene when setting a set point. Most all my devices are using (for example: 18.2c start and a 18.4 stop) This is important to be able to maintain proper temperature in its area. The use of fraction of a temperature like it use to be in last version Please .Thank-you.
Rather adopt Material Design. As a full stack developer myself, i find the previous and new interfaces extremely painful to navigate on mobile screen. Responsiveness is horrible. Who builds a web app without dark mode from the start?

What is the point if you have POWR3 but you can only monitor from mobile device but not from browser.
Today I log in after being on vacation and find I’ve been forced to this awefule new interface. I absolutely hate this new interface!
On the old interface I could click a switch to toggle it. Now it’s a click to open the switch then another click to execute. I have 20 or so devices that I interact with, now this is going to be a complete pain.
To hide offline devices is now 2 clicks. Then if I change screens, I have to go back to hide offline devices again.
NOT a happy camper!!!

Hi. How can I see the old interface again? I can’t see the current capacity of the devices in real time, I have to click on each device to see it.
OLD screen was updating sec to sec, I used to use for monitoring the real time consumption on all power monitor and I paid for the same to have screen open in front of me… now their is no choice, I don’t feel any benefit on having web access…
I’m wasting money on such a bad service. When I paid, the interface was very easy to use, now it’s like a landfill that can’t be recycled. Please return the V2 as I paid for it, I did not vote for this conversion, this is disrespectful to the customer.
After reading all these comments I’m simply amazed you still have not provided a link for users to login to V2.
Cancelled my paid subscription as V3 is useless.
I need real time data and that refresh button.

They probably won’t bring back the v2 version, if I had to bet…
There is no live refresh in CAST either?
Nope, no refresh button in cast. No volt/current and watts data either. Not even for POW R2 and 3 devices, all it does is turn them on or off and shows their current on/off state.
The data wont refresh in V3 besides a number of other issues mentioned above.
I think they are trying to save bandwidth, Lets see where things head next.
