Hello, I have the same problem like aristide.bronda. When entering in the ewelink/floorplan site, nothing happens and redirects me in the normal ewelink web site.

Did you sign up for the early access? In case there might have been an issue during the process, you can send @Lottie your account details. She’ll add you to the early access list.

However, the current situation does not support virtual rooms. At present, rooms must be linked to a specific area on the floor plan, and devices within a room can only be displayed within that area. We may consider moving away from the concept of rooms in the future, but not at this stage.

i don’t know if it will by ergonomic but can you add the possibility to change the size of the devises?

The current logic for the drawing requires fully closed rooms to assign the devices, assuming we have our rooms in eWeLink mapped to physical rooms. This would not be the case for many people: on an open space floor, I may have two rooms in eWelink: ie kitchen + living room, while is a single physical area.

We have a “Hide Walls” function. If you hide the walls after partitioning the area, would that meet your requirements?

In my opinion it would be a better idea (hopefully not difficult to implement), to allow the user to drag an drop freely the devices all over the drawings. This would be much more flexible, and it will also add the option to decide which devices you want to see on the drawing, if you don’t want them all.

Freely dragging devices into any area of the drawing is not difficult to implement. However, our goal is to achieve room-by-room zoning management for the home. Currently, we prefer not to break this design constraint.
In addition, the full version will support the ability to hide certain device icons. This feature is coming soon.

If you could share the Floor Plan you’ve drawn, it might help us better understand the issue you’re encountering.

Dividing areas with interior walls is a supported feature. If it’s not working, it might be because the interior wall segments do not fully connect to the exterior walls. Could you check if the points of the interior walls align perfectly with the exterior walls?

Using grass texture to fill the garden area is a great idea—we’ll continue to optimize this.

Dragging room names to reposition them is not yet supported, but this feature is planned for the official release.

How can I assign a room name? nothing happens when I select a region and the manual does not describe it properly.

I have over 130 different devices, I will add another 20 soon. Can I participate in the tests “Floor Plan”(?)

I now have a “Prime Plan” until March 1, 2027
