Awesome list. I will include just another one that I use in the kitchen.
I have several jars in the kitchen with pasta, rice, flour, etc. A tag on each jar and a shopping list in Home Assistant.

yes, the cheapest one in our country costs about $220, and a similar one from Xiaomi costs $50. and that’s a big difference, buying 5 pieces would cost almost the same as my entire ecosystem, and that includes almost 100 devices.
Sonos from IKEA seams to be more relaxed 
yes the price is better there but are they compatible with ewelink? then it would make sense
They’re IKEA branded Sonos products, so they must be compatible with eWeLink integration. Speakers in lamps sound very good.
I use NFC stickers to open a pedestrian door from my car while I’m driving. The sticker is attached to the dashboard.
