I think it would be a good idea to consider adding a location to the created group.
Currently, when you create a group, a location is not assigned to it, which is somewhat understandable since devices within a group can have different locations.
However, if devices within a group have the same location, why wouldn’t the group location be the device location as well.
Also, why not allow the user to assign the group location themselves, maybe that leads to confusion, I don’t know.
By enabling the ability to add a location to a group, the user could better organize devices and groups.

Assigning a group of devices to a room can be done in the ewelink web
Hi, could you explain how to assign a location to a group in the eWelink web app? I’ve tried, but I can’t find an option to do so.
Next to the name of the requested appointment is an icon (in a red circle)
Then a window will open, see the image
in the unassigned box (1) select the desired group
and in the move to room box (2) select the room where you want to move the group.
then save it.
I recently found out that this can also be done in the room management application.
