My ewelink app crashes on ios 16.4.1 on iphone 13 mini.
Reinstalled hut still same issue

I have the same issue on LineageOS 16 (android 9) with a tablet galaxy note 10.1
The app crashes at the splash screen when ironically it says “works with everything”
same issue here.
iPhone with IOS version 12.5.7
I deleted the app eWeLink and re-installed it from the AppStore
It opens and then immediately closes again
Any tips on how to troubleshoot are much appreciated

SOLVED:
right after I posted my question to this channel, an “update” showed up for the eWelink app in the AppStore. I updated the app and now it seems to work.
PS:
I also had to reset my password to allow me to post on this website.

p/s: if you reinstall the application, it opens - you need to log in again, set permissions in the phone. Then the application runs for a while, and then stops working again. It opens and turns off immediately.
