It would be nice effect to have the L3 RGBIC version to animate a rolling transition from one color to another color and stay permanently on the second color. (or turn on / off doing an animation effect)
Parameters could configure initial and ending color, direction of the transition (from LED 1 to 150 or the opposite) and speed of the transition.
Once all the LEDs are on the final color, the animation ends and the stripe remains at the final bright / color.
This can be an effect on itself or a SCENE action.
Basically instead of having the L3 permanently doing an effect, is a one time effect until all the LEDs are on and then remain static, until you turn it off (again with an animation effect).
