ZigBee Device timer and schedule not working

Schedule and timer for ZigBee devices are no longer working. The devices are online and working fine in the sense they can be control via eWeLink app. ZigBee bridge is latest version 1.6. Anyone with similar issue? EWeLink can help?

Hi there, “schedule and timer are no longer working” Do you mean they can’t make the device work according to the timers or schedules?

Yes. Even thought I have set schedule or timer, they just doesn’t turn on or off anymore. They used to work. Only the ZigBee devices are NOT working, the Wi-Fi devices are working fine.

Hi there, thank you for your patience. We have feedbacked this issue to the SONOFF team. They will release a new firmware version soon to fix the issue, around the middle of this month.
I will follow up on this issue and keep you posted once the firmware version has been released.
