This is also the case for me - no LAN connection unless gateway and DHCP server have the same IP address.
My firmware version is stuck on 1000.2.1060 - not 1062.
Is it possible to get this firmware update ? My device id is 1001fd1a74

I have just checked that my L3-5M-P device has the latest firmware version (1000.2.1062), but I still cannot connect via Wi-Fi. Any updates on this?

Please confirm whether the router wifi standard is set to IEEE 802.11b? (If it is IEEE 802.11b/g/n, it cannot be supported)
If it is still unable to connect after setting it to IEEE 802.11b, please provide a screenshot of the router’s settings to determine whether the settings are incorrect.

The problem is that I use the 2.5 network for many more IoT devices and “old” equipment, so I can’t slow it down to 802.11b. This SonOff device is the only one with this limitation
