I purchased 2 sonoff SNZB-03 motion sensors from you about a year ago and they stopped working. We replaced the battery and they workimg for a couple of days then stop again. We have done a few times over the last year and no better. I have disabled amd reenabled the skill in alexa. Whst could be the issue please?
