After the update (1.4.0), the NSPanel is often offline…several times a day! Sometimes only the reset button helps! Does anyone have any info on this problem?

The issue is still exist… After going offline, NSPanel looks like it’s online, but the widgets didn’t work and the scheduled thermostat didn’t turn on…
Only the reset button helped… So I can’t entrust the heating of the apartment to him, because untrusted…
Please check it asap!

“offline” do you mean the NSPanel was displayed offline in the eWeLink app? Or it was displayed online but you can’t control other devices ON/OFF with this NSPanel?

Sometimes it is offline in eWelink app, but even after it online again, the NSpanel display looks like working, but the commands are never executed for example, can’t control other devices ON/OFF and don’t set the temperature in the thermostat, according to the shedule…
Only hw reset helps in this situation

I’m experiencing this issue afther The software update as well.
Ns panel goes offline and online whitout logic.
