How to Change email account
Based on feedback from many users, their account is not the email they use now. Now users can change their email account.
Step 1. Open eWeLink App, select Profile and tap the button on the upper right
Step 2. Select eWeLink Account
Step 3. Select your email
Step 4. Enter your password and tap Next
Step 5.Enter your new email
Step 5. Enter verification code and tap Done.
Step 6. Tap OK and you can log in with your new email account
Add email to your phone number account and then change it
Some users used their phone numbers to register for an eWeLink account. In order to let them be more convenient to participate in our activities, like joining our Advanced Plan or changing information of eWeLink account, you can firstly add email to the eWeLink phone number account.
Step 1. Open eWeLink App, select Profile and tap the button on the upper right
Step 2. Select eWeLink Account
Step 3. Tap Link now
Step 4. Enter your email and tap Verification Code
Step 5. Enter verification code and tap Done.
Then repeat the below steps of changing your email account.
