IHost Cast default “all” screen

For the third time I’ve deleted and re-added an item only to forget it needs to be added back to a cast also and now can’t control it. If there were a default “all” cast dashboard to which everything was automatically added it’d be very helpful and save remembering to adjust the cast settings when I’m next on a big screen. On the iHost the cast is presumably all local and so it wouldn’t add to your server’s overhead I think.
