Hello, out of boredom, I decided to publish interesting projects that I’m working on.
I installed a photovoltaic power plant with a Goodwe 10kW inverter + 14x455Wp panels at a customer’s place. I always try to explain to the customer that the best return on investment is when the electricity is spent in the house.
Based on my conviction and experience, I was looking for a way to achieve this goal without installing a watt router.
Sonoff and other companies do not offer these solutions directly, and hopefully this will change over time. Because more and more people want intelligent consumption management from me.
Measuring the import and export of electricity and turning something off and on based on that is insufficient.
So we don’t have a wattrouter and the customer wants it as cheaply as possible.
The priorities for energy consumption are set as follows:
1, House (this priority cannot be changed due to the very nature of the inverter)
2, If there is enough energy left, it will go to heating the boiler.
3, The boiler is heated and there is still enough energy, so the heat pump turns on.
4, Export energy. As for the heat pump, since we have 0-10V regulation running, we cannot regulate the pump’s output.
It simply turns it on and you also need to think about the fact that it needs to be treated so that the heat pump doesn’t turn on and off in a loop.
In the previous thread, I did a similar project, but this one is basically an extension of the original project. Url: Sonoff and Goodwee - Share Your Project - eWeLink Forum
So let’s show you how I did it:
Step 1 and 2 checks if Goodvee has turned on dry contacts; if yes, it proceeds to the next step.
Step 3 and 4 who turns on the hot water heating in the boiler. And uses a thermometer to check if the desired temperature has been reached.
Step 5 if the desired temperature is reached, turn on the heat pump.
What to watch out for:
The scenario must not allow the heat pump to be switched on and off in a loop.
The boiler must take into account that during the activation of the body pump, it will sooner or later heat the water.
I was connecting to the Panasonic heat pump, which has the option to receive the aforementioned module; with other manufacturers, it is necessary to check the wiring.
What devices did I use?
1x Sonoff Zigbee Bridge PRO
1x SONOFF S60 Zigbee
1x SONOFF SNZB-02LD IP65 Zigbee
2x Sonoff ZBMINI EXTREME R2
