the issue didnt appear again after replacing with new battery , i guess battery level and time out of status are causing this , im keeping an eye on devices if ever happenes again , im on latest firmware and the door contact is SONOFF SNZB-04

Thanks Yi, I already tried all of this with same results. When is the new update expected? is there anyway to downgrade the ZBridge-U < 1.15.0? My whole system is down continuously.

Sorry, the current firmware can’t be downgraded, and there isn’t a supported way to roll it back. From a technical standpoint, we also don’t recommend downgrading, because it may lead to unexpected data-compatibility issues and cause more problems.

As for the new firmware release, it still needs a bit more time. We expect it to go live in about 1–2 months.

For the issue you’re seeing right now, if there isn’t a good way to restore normal operation immediately, I’d suggest first checking whether there are any abnormal Zigbee devices in your home. Some Zigbee devices may send reports far too frequently, which can take up gateway resources and affect the stability of the gateway and the Zigbee network.

We’ve run into a similar case before: a customer had a Zigbee energy-monitoring device that was reporting unusually often, putting a heavy load on the gateway and making the Zigbee network unstable.
You may want to start with any suspected devices and check them one by one, to see if any of them are reporting abnormally and impacting the gateway.

In addition, you can also try updating those Zigbee devices to the latest firmware. Some devices improve their reporting behavior and communication stability after an update, which may help with this issue.

Really? Do you mean We’ll have unstable temperature in our homes till January? External TRVZB temperature sensors connecting and disconnecting fot two months? A Marry cold Christmas and a freezing new year? Zbbridge-u reverting to “paperweight” again?

From a technical standpoint one big “data compatibility” issue is already there in V1.16.0 that causes our homes temperature to be unstable. Please find a way to downgrade our bridges if fixing this issue will really take one or two months.

You may have misunderstood. By “new firmware,” I mean the MG21 upgrade firmware. We’ve already identified the cause of the unstable external temperature/humidity readings and will fix it in the next release, which is expected in early December.

Not sure if a device is responsible for the problem, but prior to 1.15.0, the system was working without any issue.

Yesterday I moved back 64 devices to the NS Panel Pro (x86, running beta 4.1.3), so I needed to pair again all devices (all of them sonoff), spent 6 hours reconfiguring my whole system to be able to use it again. Since then, I haven’t had a single disconnection.

The problem is the ZBridge-Ultra after 1.15.0 upgrade.

Same issue for me. I tried setting up from scratch many times but still have the same issue. Even if I just bought a Micro USB device to extend coverge. Same setup with zbbridge pro works better. There is a problem with TRVZB and SNZB-02P with zbbridge u.

Sonoff/EweLink have solved this bug. In next ZBBridge-U update that will be released in some days this bug is fixed and no more disconnections/reconnections of SNZB-02D temperature/Humidity sensors.
