# We cannot pair Sonoff system on Ewelink

Hi All,

We have an issue pairing the system together.

Model:: Sonoff 4CH Pro Rev2

We have moved into a house with Sonoff switches and eWelink app thats should connect together but for some reason we cannot get around it can you please assist with any guidance.

I see on the videos in Youtube that there is a small remote control that helps it reset but we dont seems to have this at all ?

If anyone could assist will be highly appreciated.
