# TRVZB problem with sync ewelink app and NS Panel Pro

Hi, I have a issue with syncing the data between ewelink app and NSPanel Pro.

Installed TRVZD via ewelink app having NS Panel Pro as a zigbee hub, so as suggested using cloud. Also configures it via app, shedules, etc.

Despite of that it is not seen/sync into the NSPanel, as it seen on the screenshots

What should I do?
