Sonoff ZBBridge Pro - connection issue

Hi, I changed my Sonoff ZBBridge to the Pro model but I have a lot of connection problems. The hub (and consequently all other ZB devices) continually goes offline as soon as I try to turn on a light (Sonoff zbmini extreme).

On the bridge the blue LED is steady while the green LED flashes irregularly. The bridge firmware version is 1.7.1.

Has anyone had the same problem and solved it?


Zigbee Bridge Pro allows manual changing of the Zigbee channel.
Have you tried that yet?

Go into eWeLink app and open the bridge settings.
Then look for the More Settings menu and you can see the channels there.

If you continue to have issues, you can look into Zigbee and Wifi channel overlap.

Yes, I have changed the Zigbee channel but same problem. However, it does not seem to be a problem with the Zigbee connection but rather with the bridge’s wifi connection because when I switch on/off a light all the devices go offline (including the bridge). Any other suggestions?

Hi, did you manage to solve the problem? I’m on version 2.0.0 and it still hasn’t resolved
