# Sonoff RE5V1C - button state not real

Hello,  
i have an sofnoff RE5V1C and i think there is a problem with it or with ewelink cloud.

1. i will turn on it
2. after a time, in ewelink app button appear as turned off but phisically it is not turned off
3. state of button is randomly by itself without turn on or off the relay, only what it show it is not real  
anyone have same problem? how to solve?
