# SNZB-06OP doesn´t detect no presence

Hi there people, anyone had problems with the new snzb06p? it never stops detecting after the first time, for some reason does not detects no presence, so can´t use it. Installed others and didn´t have this problem, reported to technical support, so far no useful help. Thx in advance!
