I have this thermometer connected to the iHost. In the temperature graphs shown, the values ​​are rounded only to whole degrees without decimal places. In the On display view, the display is good.

You mentioned that the values in the temperature graphs are displayed as whole numbers without decimal places. Could you please provide a screenshot of that? On my side, when I view the temperature graph for the same device, the values do include decimal places.

I have 2 of these thermometers and they do the same thing

If I pair them with the eWelink mobile app, it’s fine. The error is only on iHost.

This issue has come up several times before. I see it’s still persisting; try restarting maybe it will work then.

After restarting, nothing changed.

That’s a shame. Mine recovered on its own after a while.
