# SNZB-02D did’t connect ZBBridge

I have a SonOff Zigbee repeater ZBBridge and 9 devices connected to it, e.g. 2 pieces of SNZB-02D, one motion sensor is offline, I’m trying to pair the third piece of SNZB-02D, but it doesn’t work at all. Once it flashed in the eWelink program that the pairing was successful, but in reality the device does not pair at all with the zigbee repeater. what should i do next?
