Hello @MiAutomations ,

[Episode 2 | eWeLink CUBE](https://cube.ewelink.cc/blog/faq-you-ask-we-answer/episode-2)

The link above mentions: “Please make sure that the bootloader of the Raspberry Pi you are using is the latest version.”

 ![image](https://europe1.discourse-cdn.com/flex005/uploads/ewelinkforum/original/2X/6/63745191a58fbaa7362a5f0692f5e8751c2bbb40.png)

Please refer to the official instructions below to update the bootloader to the latest version, and then check whether this resolves the issue you are experiencing.

Hello @MiAutomations ,
Our test team found that the Raspberry Pi flashing tool sometimes causes this issue on the Pi 5 — it looks like the flash succeeded, but the Pi 5 won’t boot the internal OS (no such problem on Pi 4). They noticed that in this case the two LEDs under the Ethernet port stay off. Could you check if that’s what you’re seeing?

Try reflashing the 2.14.1 CUBE OS with the official Raspberry Pi flashing tool. If it still fails, please try several times. I tested with a Pi 5 and it booted fine.
