Every Sunday afternoon, he throws away the remote controls R5, only on Sunday afternoon, but it’s been 3 weeks, ihost restart and everything works again, why is this? ---

Please rest assured that support for these devices and their advanced features (such as precise percentage control for roller shutters) is absolutely on our roadmap. In fact, they are already supported in the eWeLink app, so it’s only a matter of time before they’re fully integrated into CUBE OS as well. Right now, our development team has had to focus the next release on critical bug fixes to ensure stability for all users. Because of this, we expect more advanced device integrations like yours to be prioritized in releases after November. Supporting the wide variety of sub-devices in the smart home ecosystem is a long journey. It requires steady accumulation and careful testing to make sure everything works reliably. We truly value the trust you’ve placed in us by purchasing multiple units, and we don’t take that lightly. Angol ```auto ``` ```auto Since this update, after automatic backup (the backup runs on the set day/time), several remote controllers R5 do not control anything, they can only be used again after restarting ihost, I have already written 5-6 tickets but nothing so far. I turned off automatic backup and lo and behold, everything works as it should. When will this error be fixed, it is likely that the Bluetooth part is at fault, because I do not see it starting in the log file. ``` ---

Hi. @KwayLi99 Is there any known date when Ihost will support the new Sonoff: SNZB-01M, SNZB-06PR, SAWF-07P and SAWF-8P devices? ---

The log file should be specifically related to the issue you reported. After reproducing the issue, please download the log from the settings and send it to us. Thank you! ---
