I also found out very strange issue, that device status is updating, but I canā€™t control the TRVZB it shows next message and Iā€™m getting 500 error with message: ā€œdevice response timeoutā€ ![Š”Š½ŠøŠ¼Š¾Šŗ эŠŗрŠ°Š½Š° 2024-12-27 031255](https://europe1.discourse-cdn.com/flex005/uploads/ewelinkforum/original/2X/0/086194e05d190cf04083651b5ee2314649d1b00c.png) But at the same time, if Iā€™ll change mode manually touching the button, status will be updated. In settings RSSI is in a Good state (-73 dBm) ---

Some certain period of OTA weā€™ll stop process any command from the iHost to the device. So some control failure are expected. Keep the OTA going, if after the OTA the problem persist, let us know. ---

No other device have this behavior. Nest Thermostats are working fine when the VPN is on. Ring Intercom is working fine when the VPN is on. Could you please ask your app team why they need a direct connection to these devices? Using a VPN connection for the smart device should be fine, and it would be better for user privacy.
