This could be very helpful.

I don’t use WhatsApp, and I wouldn’t start just for this. Once you are in the Node-RED environment, however, there are several possible alternatives. These include Telegram, Pushbullet, and [others](https://discourse.nodered.org/t/best-notification-app-on-android/16809/5). I haven’t tested them on the iHost, but I have been able to send e-mail and use my mobile phone provider’s e-mail-to-sms gateway to send text messages.

I also used WhatApp with Node Red  
but…now I use Telegram…it’s much better
