# Please integrate your intercom to home assistant natively

Your NSPANEL device is awesome, and you natively support home assistant now via web shortcuts.

it’s almost perfect, but we still cant call nspanels via home assistant app.

It’s far from any real “native” support.

You need to revert to HA community and/or developers. If this could be done with eWeLink firmware, it would have been done long ago. For now, you can use an alternative firmware that allows NSPanel Pro to work with HA. You’re right.

It’s a start though, and im expecting for it to get better over time.

Yes, which is why I’m posting in ewelink’s forums so their devs could hopefully allow HA to integrate.
