# NsPanel Pro Voice Call Volume issue

Hello. I have issue with voice call volume. the speaker works very poorly. I hardly feel anything when I use it. It’s the same with the microphone. But everything is ok when listening music on Youtube. Can anyone help me? or it’s a bug in the firmware?? Thx
