When do you plan to fix the bugs in nspp ,iHost and zbb?
Hi, Due to the complexity of this issue, we have been prioritizing development efforts to investigate it. As of now, we may have identified the root cause, but it is still under testing and validation. The earliest we can provide you with a test version is next week. We sincerely apologize for the long resolution time.
Who do you think is the problem because there are more of them?
My NS Panel Pro 86 device received the update. However, my NS Panel Pro 120 devices did not receive the 4.4.0 update.

4.4.0 was a beta version at the time. If needed, you can apply using the beta tools:
Hi
For me Update 4.4 has brought nothing but problems -is it possible to revert to 4.3 which appeared to be much more stable ?
Could you please let me know what specific issues you are currently encountering? You can try providing detailed information and logs to me.
If you need to roll back to an older version, you can attempt to restore the device to factory settings (please note that this operation will erase all your previous settings). The current full version is 4.3.3.
How do I remove my device from getting beta updates? I want to go back to the stable releases. When I go to the page NSPanel Pro Beta Testing Program, I can only enroll, I cannot seem to un-enroll. My device is NSPanel120PW (100250c468), please un-enroll me so I can revert to stable releases.
you can simply reset your unit
If you agree, we can remove your device from the beta version. The device ID you provided has been removed from the internal test. If needed, you can still join the beta test again later.
Add an option to disable this small button on devices that use it instead of controlling a device by going to its card, which is pointless for devices with only one option. Add an option to disable it in the settings, as it was before.
Are you suggesting that the icon for entering the details page on the device card doesnât make much sense for single-channel devices?
If so, we could gather user feedback and consider either disabling this button or adding more settings to the details page.
It is enough to enable the option to turn it off in the settings, and entering a device that has only one button is pointless and makes control difficult (it would be better to hold down the tile for devices that have more than one switch, wasnât that the case before?)
I donât want to rush you, but when are you planning to release a fix update for nspp so that the zigbee network doesnât crash?
