I get ā€œerror installing fossify file managerā€ ā€œfailed to install due to an unknown errorā€. Yes I have retried before you ask. As I canā€™t install FFM, what is the new solution? Also canā€™t install F-Droid update and the error for that is ā€œno space left on deviceā€. So it looks like insufficient space to install FFM, therefore your proposed solution does not work. Can you send me the password so I can use the built in file manager, that will be the quickest and easiest way for me to fix the bugs in your update. FM ---

Iā€™m not sure this is the right section/thread. Anyway, after having installed 4.0.x I donā€™t have the cast page anymore. How do I bring it back? I used to have the NSPanel Pro with cast on and only ā€œtablet usageā€ and iHost as the main device but it seems I canā€™t do it anymore. ---

Certainly! Please feel free to share any issues you encounter or feedback you have. In the new version, the Web Shortcut feature has been removed, but the Webpages functionality remains. You can use this to add CAST for your use. I get net::ERR\_NAME\_NOT\_RESOLVED using the webpage suggestion. Update 4.0.x eliminated the cast option for NSPanel Pro and it states to employ F-Droid instead, how? I donā€™t see available apps for NSPanel PRO that solve the issue. ---

Sorry for the issue. If you use `Webpages` to visit iHost CAST, you need to use the `IP` address of your iHost device, instead of the `mDNS` address which is `http://ihost.local`. ---

I would immediately switch to v4.x.x if you release a stable matter bridge and the other features what you mentioned šŸ™‚. I love the idea to use nspanel pro as a real central element of sonoff and other brands ecosystem. At the moment I can add my devices to HA trough iHost only, so Iā€™m waiting for that! Thanks! ---

Itā€™s also worth remembering that the eWeLink ecosystem was never designed to merge seamlessly with Home Assistant. Sonoff built its own platform and cloud services, and HA has its own native Zigbee solutions (ZHA, Zigbee2MQTT). At some point you have to choose: either stay within the eWeLink world, or go fully native with HA. Expecting Sonoff devices to live in two parallel environments at once is unrealistic. In summary: NSPanel Pro can be an interesting interface and a central element of the Sonoff ecosystem, but in Home Assistant it will remain an intermediary gateway. Full Zigbee control is provided only by ZHA and Zigbee2MQTT.
