As my reply to @ociepa.ekotox above, we haven’t turned a blind eye or refused to acknowledge our shortcomings. On the contrary, we believe that user complaints and constructive point out even criticism are indispensable driving forces for improving the eWeLink platform. I’m not angry. I issue warnings because I don’t want to see inappropriate comments made in the heat of emotion causing confusion for other users, turning this place, which should be full of discussion and communication, into an emotional venting ground. I truly wish we could have the opportunity to sit down, have a beer, and get to know each other. Of course, I could also share with you the various challenges of developing and maintaining an IoT platform. Let’s move on to what really important like @morgan said, so, Are we good now? ---
