hi everyone I have a normal Nspanel and the pro one I’m trying to configure the thermostat in the pro but I don’t see the 1001e08eca product but the Nspanel pro doesn’t see this product in the configuration phase. I attach the photos the Nspanel pro sees me all the other devices except this one. ![inbound1813903571360936134](https://europe1.discourse-cdn.com/flex005/uploads/ewelinkforum/original/2X/a/a48e350eabc62d150c1270962b511551293a64e0.jpeg) ![inbound6355067443801119299](https://europe1.discourse-cdn.com/flex005/uploads/ewelinkforum/original/2X/c/ca3863a89e155a36d8100f3a13f5eb33d1ff2c7a.jpeg) ![inbound2889517776356169405](https://europe1.discourse-cdn.com/flex005/uploads/ewelinkforum/original/2X/d/d22871296f9f5292a867593ba62ce57597667ee9.jpeg) ![inbound3821425394588598730](https://europe1.discourse-cdn.com/flex005/uploads/ewelinkforum/original/2X/c/c1af548db4abbd7d0c19f0133235f386397d5115.jpeg) ![inbound466775185810041690](https://europe1.discourse-cdn.com/flex005/uploads/ewelinkforum/original/2X/3/34768c89799b2722fe69caa0608b7112dc3c2add.jpeg) ![inbound9166061985134073334](https://europe1.discourse-cdn.com/flex005/uploads/ewelinkforum/original/2X/4/4f4e0f969378478f0846ffb4525e8363ee526e6d.jpeg) ![inbound6697435314223814408](https://europe1.discourse-cdn.com/flex005/uploads/ewelinkforum/original/2X/c/c56a87d4566376ca8d222c26db0cb45482baa8f0.jpeg)
