There’s another problem. A Wi-Fi device that’s on a different LAN is displayed as offline. ( ID: 10004b2d68 )

I see my MINI-ZBRBS devices sync with ewelink app in the NS pannel pro, but no option to move curtains

what should I do?

I can manage them from the ewelink app but not from ns pannel pro

Hi, currently you need to **long-press** the device card for the MINI-ZBRBS to control it. Please give it a try.
