Matter Devices are offline after successful pairing with Ewlink App . I can see them in the App, bat offline . If I try pairing with another Hub Matter (Aqara). the devices come online (between Aqara controls) ---

BTW, can you check if your -U device and Matter device are in the sam LAN network? ---

by the way i got smartthings hub , zemismart hub , google and alexa hub , all are able to add the plug shown previously in screenshots , now the plug only connected with smartthings and coolkit ---
