Hi,

The Zigbee2CUBE addon will handle the device in the coming version (ETA earlier next week).

Could you please try to re-pair the device when 1.13.4 is released?

Hey,

That’s not supported yet from iHost UI. it could work in the upcoming update this month, but I can not guarantee this as we currently don’t have a sample to test with.

I noticed it has a remote. Can you use that to set the position?

in the roller shutter device (independently of the ihost) I can set several positions, for example, when the roller shutter is fully open after pressing the “down” button it will close halfway (because I added such a position when programming the roller shutter itself)
The problem is that if I set (after triggering) “Close roller shutter” in the scene, the roller shutter closes only halfway (that is, to the position I set) and it should close fully, regardless of the internal setting of the device (roller shutter).
Also, I can’t set the closing percentage because it gets the percentage slider disabled and below that it says “First set the limit position using the remote control.”
Yes I can use the remote control to set the position, unfortunately I don’t know how to do it.

when I enter the device, then clicking or moving the slider to “fully open” or “fully closed” works just fine.

There should be a button to reset the position (not factory reset). Open your roller fully and set it as Start. Close it fully and set it as End.

That should do the trick. If the direction is wrong, use the reverse option or set it the other way around.
