Says it is compatible with ihost in the list but when i finally managed to add it to ihost it says: Device not supported yet

What can i do to get it working?

hi, did you add it via the Zigbee2CUBE under pilot feature?  
please send system logs via the Feedback on settings page and let me know the ticket ID.
